Measures taken in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic
(SARS-CoV-2)
In all common areas of the hotel, bottles and sprayers with 70% gel and liquid alcohol will be available, so that hand hygiene is always carried out.
Our apartments will undergo standardized and rigorous hygiene every day, complete disinfection with specific products and 70% alcohol, all to reduce the risk of contamination.
Tables will be 1.5m apart, respecting the recommended minimum distance. A table cleaning system will be adopted after each guest has been fed. While all tables are occupied, the next guest must wait to eat their meal.
We are further promoting our online check-in option, with which you can fill out your guest form, print it and present it at reception, in order to promote agility and reduce physical contact.
We will constantly offer training to our employees to stay informed and share good hygiene practices and coronavirus prevention, in order to provide the best service during this resumption.
